Returns

We only work on Made-to-order Policy. However, we value your shopping experience and ensure that all products are quality-checked before dispatch. In order to maintain hygiene and product integrity, our return and exchange terms are as follows:

No Return Policy

We follow a strict no-return policy across all products.

One-Time Size Exchange

A one-time size exchange is allowed, provided:

  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original tags and packaging are intact.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Eligibility

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Customised Products are Non-Returnable.
  • Any request beyond the 7-day window will not be processed.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate a size exchange, please send us a mail on taroindiaclothing@gmail.com with your order details.

Shipping

  • Taro India Clothing will arrange a reverse pick-up of the merchandise within 48–72 hours from the time the customer informs us via email or call, provided the item qualifies for exchange.

  • Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Used or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.

  • The original packaging must be intact and in a saleable condition.

  • Taro India Clothing reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality check to ensure the product is eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange is subject to product availability. If the requested size/product is unavailable, customers may choose another item of the same value.

  • The package must be securely sealed to ensure product safety during transit.

  • Taro India Clothing will not be responsible for loss or damage in transit due to improper packaging.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed.

  • Once an order is under processing or ready for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent within 24 hours of placing the order by emailing taroindiaclothing@gmail.com.

  • As merchandise is specially procured post-order on www.taroindia.in, cancellation is subject to approval, and Taro India Clothing reserves the right to offer an exchange voucher at its discretion.

     

Customized Pieces

  • Any customized piece cannot be requested for exchange.

  • However, in case of size issues, we offer alterations only to ensure a proper fit.
